Agape Oaks TJ's Country Cowboy

Cowboy is another Agape Oaks Nigerian Dwarf. He was born March 13th, 2007 along with his twin sister, just a few hours before Dillon. He joined our herd of wild boys with his buddy, Dillon.

This our little Cowboy. He's a small boy and a little shy when it comes to getting treats and attention since the bigger boys push him out of the way. He holds his own but prefers to be non-confrontational. He is the first Cherokee son and first Firecracker grandson from the Agape Oaks herd. He is related to most of my her and we are thrilled to have him, thanks Ebert family.

Cowboy got his name, like most of our goats, from Toby Keith. His name comes from the song "Country Comes To Town" and also from our boys goatie god-mama TJ. John named him and then added, we can call him TJ's Cowboy so TJ doesn't feel left out of the naming process.

Cowboy is such a sweet and now a pretty quiet goat. Cowboy loves people and has discovered the joy of having goats smaller than him in our herd. He makes sure to find Dillon at bedtime, but otherwise you will find him with hanging out with Stevie. They are quite bonded and Stevie lets Cowboy get away with alot. This has improved Cowboy's rankings among our little herd. He loves to be brushed and will stand still for as long as you are willing to brush him.
