Ferrie Tails Farm

Nigerian Dwarf, Mini LaMancha, Boki Goats and Miniature Horses

Agape Oaks Marshall Dillon

Dillon is our first single boy to come live with us, but another doe had twins the same day and the boy, Cowboy, is his buddy and joined our herd as well. He was born March 13th, 2007 to Flat Rocks Munchkin from Agape Oaks, who is a Mini LaMancha. Dillon is a 4th generation Mini LaMancha, and he got the Nigerian ears with LaMancha legs.

Dillon is lower ranking in our herd but since he is very passive it does not seem to bother him at all. He is very spunky and loves to run and jump especially with the smaller boys. He is one of our tallest goats but very gentle. He enjoys hanging out with Ryder, when Ryder lets him. He and Cowboy spend less time together than they used to but at bedtime they always seem to find each other. Dillon is like a sponge he absorbs all that is going on around him and uses it to gain an advantage when he can.

Dillon has the greatest voice!!!! It's hard to describe, but very distinctive. It's lower and quieter than everybody else's. I just love when he talks and apparently so does he. Dillon is our most vocal goat and is usually the first to holler when he sees me, unless Tucker beats him to it.

When he was still with his mama he used to jump on her back and then hop on to any other goat close enough for him to think he can make it. Guess that's what happens when you have a short mama and long legs!!!

Dillon's dad is Firecracker so that makes him half-brother to Stevie, Tucker, Wiley & Ryder. And he is Cowboy's uncle!!!
