Sockit To Em Buckaroo

Sockit is our first miniature horse. He was born March 3rd, 2002 and is registered in The American Miniature Horse Association. He has lived next door to us most of his life. He was generously given to us by our neighbors, who also happen to be great friends. Thank you Gray family!!!!!

His best buddies are Blondie and Apache. Sockit and Blondie are very bonded especially considering they are not the same species. He is very protective over her and will get in between her and anybody he thinks she should not be around. Sockit is a pretty shy horse and does not like to get to close to people he doesn't know. Sockit is very sweet and very well behaved. He is quite the Mama's baby and really enjoys getting attention from me. He and Apache are great friends and spend a lot of time running, bucking and playing in their pasture.

Sockit loves spending his weekend in the front yard with Apache. He stops by the garage every now and then to see what is going on. He is a very stunning horse with gorgeous blonde eyelashes to match his mane and tail. He is very  spoiled and loves his carrot treats. Sockit is really coming out of his shell since Apache joined us in December of 2008, he is more outgoing and has discovered that some things in life are more fun when you have another boy of your own species to play with.
